H2APEX and East Energy Create Hanseatic H2 to Develop Four 5 MW Electrolyzers in Germany

The two companies from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania are partnering in a joint venture dedicated to decentralized green hydrogen production. Four sites are targeted in northern and eastern Germany.

H2APEX Nova Holding GmbH and East Energy Group announce the signing of a term sheet for the creation of a joint venture named Hanseatic H2. This joint structure plans to develop four standardized electrolyzers with a unit capacity of 5 MW, located in northern and eastern Germany. The hydrogen produced would comply with RFNBO (Renewable Fuels of Non-Biological Origin) standards and be destined for the mobility sector via trailer deliveries.
