BKW Commissions Its 125 MW Wind Farm in Cerignola, Italy

Swiss group BKW completes the commissioning of its Cerignola wind farm in Puglia. The 29-turbine installation is expected to produce more than 310 GWh annually.

BKW announces the full commissioning of the Cerignola wind farm, located in the Puglia region of Italy. According to the Swiss company, construction took only 12 months. The installation has a capacity of 125 MW and is expected to generate annual production of more than 310 GWh, based on data provided by the group. This project is part of BKW’s “Solutions 2030” strategy, which aims to expand its renewable production portfolio.
