Altarea Énergies Renouvelables Commissions Its First Ground-Mounted Solar Plant of 7.16 MWp

The photovoltaic energy producer inaugurates a 6.6-hectare installation in Caudecoste, in the Lot-et-Garonne department. This plant marks the group's entry into the ground-mounted solar park segment.

Altarea Énergies Renouvelables announces the commissioning of its first ground-mounted photovoltaic plant. Located in Caudecoste, in the Lot-et-Garonne department, the installation entered service in January 2026 after a construction phase launched in March 2025. According to data released by the company, the plant deploys approximately 11,500 solar panels over an area of 6.6 hectares for an installed capacity of 7.16 megawatt-peak (MWp).
