Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS), an American company specializing in nuclear fusion development, announces the appointment of Stephane Bancel to its board of directors as an independent member. The French executive has served as Chief Executive Officer of Moderna Inc. since 2011. He has also served on the American pharmaceutical company’s board of directors since that date.
